You may request a product return or replacement if:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
You received the wrong model or item.
The item is unused, in original packaging, and within the allowed return period.
All returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
After 14 days, we may only offer repair or replacement, depending on product warranty terms.

To be eligible for a full refund or replacement:
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
The item must not be used, altered, or installed.
Products showing signs of misuse, poor installation, or external damage will not be accepted for return.
AEROMASTER LTD reserves the right to inspect returned products before confirming eligibility for a refund or replacement.
The following items cannot be returned:
Special order or custom-built compressors.
Spare parts, filters, or consumables once opened.
Items that have been installed or used.
Clearance or discounted products clearly marked as final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please contact us before returning the original.
Depending on availability, we will provide suitable alternatives or schedule a replacement under warranty terms.
If your item arrived damaged during transport, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
